This is my little tape that I recorded mostly in my room on a 4-track Fostex X-18. I say mostly because the first songs that I recorded (the acoustic one's) were done on the same machine but at my friend's house where I was staying in Calgary, AB during my second work term there. So Jeremy Derksen plays guitar and sings background on those two songs (clearer & an instant of time in atear shed dream) while I do everything on the others. Well I suppose I should say my computer helped since all the bass and drums and some keyboard parts were sequenced. I did sing all the lead vocals which I will admit to saying some of them suck. I don't mind turning up the volume to play a guitar but when I'm singing words that I wrote, it can become quite uncomfortable recording when my family is downstairs.

About the songs themselves, some were written about/for people but I think I won't reveal that information. All the lyrics were written first, some years before the music. Most of my songs happen that way. Woops, I should say our since some credit goes to Jeremy on the songs he helped create.

Our band name came from a list of names I liked that I gave to Jeremy to pick from. I don't know why he picked that one but it reflects the amount of Coca-Cola and coffee I drink. So, can you buy or hear this collection of tunes...not yet, and probably never. Right now there is only one in existance and it is just something I made to show my friends. I'm not in any hurry to create sound clips and I'd want other musicians to produce any respectable recording. Maybe the odd future sound file wouldn't hurt though.
